真空を発生させ利用するためには、（１）真空容器、（２）真空ポンプ、（３）真空計に関する３つの技術が必要とされます。有限会社真空実験室は真空の限界である極高真空（10-9Pa以下）を簡単に発生させる３つの技術開発を行っている会社です。これまでに実用材料として世界一ガス放出率の小さい0.2%Be含有ベリリウム銅合金の開発に成功し、この合金で製作した超高真空装置は、大気圧から6時間以内で10-9Pa台の真空に到達することを可能にしました。また、この合金で製作した四重極質量分析計は、自己ガス放出が従来型ステンレス製分析計の1/10000と小さく、高精度の微少ガス分析が可能です。弊社はこのガス分析計を用いての受諾ガス分析業務や新しいガス分析法の提供及びサポートなども行っています。現在は、10-10Pa以下を簡単に発生可能なポンプと、その圧力を測定する極高真空計の研究開発を行っております。

In order to generate and use a vacuum, three technologies related to (1) vacuum container, (2) vacuum pump, and (3) pressure gauge are required. Vacuum Laboratory Co., Ltd. is a company that develops three technologies to easily generate extremely high vacuum (10-9Pa or more), which is the limit of vacuum. So far, we have succeeded in developing a beryllium copper alloy containing 0.2% Be, which has the lowest outgassing rate in the world as a practical material. And the extreme-high-vacuum device manufactured with this alloy has a vacuum that make it possible to reach 10-9 Pa within 6 hours from atmospheric pressure.In addition, the quadrupole mass spectrometer made of this alloy achieve highly accurate micro gas analysis acheving low outgassing of 1/10000 of that of a conventional stainless steel analyzer.
